On the fourth floor, with elevator inside a stunning medieval tower just steps from the iconic Ponte Vecchio, we are renovating a 1,300 sq ft apartment with a terrace overlooking Arnolfo’s Tower of Palazzo Vecchio. The project’s goal is to recover the historic character of the home and reveal the original stonework.
The living room features a fireplace, and the kitchen opens onto the terrace.
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with terrace access.
We discovered ancient portals and arches which provide such unique historic charm.
Materials were chosen to complement the historical character: aged wood and natural stone, light and textured fabrics, natural brass fixtures, and modern stainless steel kitchen surfaces that contrast with the home’s natural historic elements.
The project is scheduled for completion by July 2026
