This incredible palace is situated on the 1st floor (with elevator) and comfortably accommodates 4 guests in 2 double suites, one with en suite bathroom and marble shower. The second bathroom is not en suite but just in front of the bedroom, and it has a wonderful marble shower too. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Do not miss out on this perfect apartment in the BEST location in Florence. You are steps to the Ponte Vecchio, grocery store, dining & shopping without the noise and traffic of staying on the old town side of the Arno. San Niccolo is comfortable, classy, convenient and all things top-notch in a Florence residence. The Arno River, Ponte Vecchio and Old Town views are impeccable. We rent a car each visit and park directly across the street at Garage Ponte Vecchio. It's easy to get in and out of town from there. This was our third stay at this apartment and won't be our last!

There's no better view in all of Florence. Immaculate apartment on the Arno with an unobstructed view of the Ponte Vecchio. Perfect location. Beautifully appointed.

This is the best place I have ever rented in Florence. Everything was as advertised and better. All things necessary for a pleasant stay were thought of in advance by the property owner. The location can’t be beat and even though it was centrally located, it wasn’t noisy. Absolutely perfect!
