Via dell’Oriuolo

Apartment
1600 sq. ft.
On the first floor of a historic palazzo just 50 meters from the iconic Duomo, we recently acquired a 1,600 sq ft apartment.

This is the “Palazzo Busini Ugolini,” built around 1530 based on designs by Baccio d’Agnolo and Michelangelo Buonarroti — the celebrated Renaissance artist behind the David, Pietà, the Sistine Chapel, and so much of Italian Renaissance art.

The project is still in its early stages, but the apartment has remarkable character and will become a home of great Florentine charm, thanks to its original coffered wooden ceilings.

Our project here will be a mission in the name of history, tradition, beauty, and love for Florence.

Renovation is set to begin in May 2026.
