Located on the sun-kissed Lungarno Acciauoli, with incredible river views, on the first floor of a building dating back to the 1950’s with a beautiful original entrance; a wide staircase leads up and down from the apartment (also accessible by elevator after a few initial steps).
Its location is simply unbeatable. Perched just above the River Arno and with postcard-worthy views of Ponte Vecchio from the two French-balconies, it's not only a truly peaceful setting but also offers a unique perspective of the destination – what could only be described as an absolute dream come true. A true Dolce Vita’s postcard.
Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a wonderfully bright and charming living room which boasts mesmerising views onto the glistening River Arno and the iconic Ponte Vecchio. This room leads to the elegant dining room and modern, well-equipped kitchen with lots of worktop space - just perfect for cooking delicious local recipes and enjoying golden memories in the sunlight with friends and family.
A corridor leads to three suites (each with beautiful luxury Italian marble en-suite bathroom with walk in shower). Two suites have double beds, and one suite has a single bed. All three bedrooms are very quiet thanks to the sound-proofed windows and will be elegantly furnished in light beige, black and grey which will create a mellow atmosphere of understated sophistication.
Ponte Vecchio Panorama is like taking a ride back in time to the swinging 50s, sublime, eternal luxury and in such a premier location. The classy antiques showcasing wonderful Italian designer furniture of the historical and iconic era truly evokes the daring years of the 1950s with stunning ebony parquet floors, classic travertine stone features in the main rooms and bathrooms, all beautifully balanced by a exquisite aquamarine, teal and cyan colour palette, perfectly matching and inspired by the colours of the shimmering River Arno. Artisan-crafted lamps from Murano Venice blend to create the atmosphere of an exclusive members' club alongside paintings, photos and sculptures which permeate a unqique air of sophistication.
With spectacular views over the Arno River and the historic monuments beyond it, this stylish apartment ensures a memorable escape. Slide open the windows and spot the iconic sights from the comfort of your own living room. The apartment is a perfect choice for two couples, a family or a group of friends. Live a legacy of style signed by handcrafted beauty and enjoy a stay with Florence Luxury Home.
Beneath the apartment you will find the contemporary Italian café “Caffe dell’Oro" that exudes the same 1950s style, a truly elegant choice for local Florentines to eat breakfast, have a morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, aperitifs or dinner.
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking.

We’ve taken every possible measure, including installing soundproof windows and padded wall insulation, to maintain a peaceful and cozy environment. However, perceptions of outdoor noise can be subjective, and the advantage of being in Florence's vibrant heart offers effortless access to the Ponte Vecchio, the city's other many iconic sites, countless eateries, bars, and boutiques, all just a few steps away.

The Ponte Vecchio, located in the heart of Florence, Italy, is an iconic medieval stone bridge spanning the Arno River. Renowned for its picturesque and historic charm, this landmark is a must-visit for tourists. The bridge is distinguished by its unique structure, featuring a multitude of small shops built along its sides, a tradition dating back to the 13th century. Originally, these shops were occupied by butchers, tanners, and farmers, but today they host jewelers, art dealers, and souvenir sellers, making it a vibrant commercial hub.
Walking across the Ponte Vecchio, visitors can enjoy stunning views of the Arno River and the surrounding architecture, including the nearby Uffizi Gallery and the towering Palazzo Vecchio. The bridge’s central part offers an open segment providing unobstructed vistas of the river and the cityscape, perfect for capturing photographs or simply soaking in the beauty of Florence.
Above the shops runs the Vasari Corridor, an enclosed passageway commissioned by Duke Cosimo I de’ Medici in 1565 to connect the Palazzo Vecchio with the Palazzo Pitti. This corridor allowed the Medici family to traverse the city privately and safely. Today, the Vasari Corridor houses a collection of self-portraits and is occasionally open to the public.
The area surrounding the Ponte Vecchio is equally enchanting. On one side lies the historic Oltrarno district, known for its artisan workshops, charming cafes, and less-touristy ambiance. On the other side, the bustling city center offers a plethora of attractions, including the Duomo, Santa Croce, and various museums and galleries. Street performers, artists, and musicians frequently animate the bridge and its vicinity, adding to the lively and artistic atmosphere.
In the evening, the Ponte Vecchio is beautifully illuminated, casting a golden glow over the river and creating a romantic setting perfect for an evening stroll. The combination of historical significance, architectural beauty, and vibrant local culture makes the Ponte Vecchio area a captivating and essential part of any visit to Florence.
