Medici Historical Home is a timeless retreat located in the very heart of Florence near San Lorenzo square and just steps from the fascinating church and Medici Chapels. This property will provide an enchanting blend of history and modern luxury. Nestled within a 19th-century building, this newly renovated two-bedroom residence combines old-world charm with state-of-the-art comforts.
The apartment (130sqm /1350 sqft in size), located on the first floor (with elevator), comfortably accommodates 4 guests in 2 elegant double suites. Stepping inside feels like traveling back in time. The focus of the renovation project will be to interwine original frescoes and decorations to light, discovered beneath layers of paint, making them the centerpiece of each room and giving the home a unique historic charm.
The bright living area overlooks the square and is approximately 500 sq ft in size, featuring an open kitchen with breakfast bar, a designer marble dining table, and a relaxing sofa area. The master bedroom is decorated in the color altrose, which perfectly matches the decorative details found on the walls and ceilings. It is very spacious and includes a closet/relaxation area where, if needed, there is a pull-out single bed.
The other bedroom is in blue/grey tones, also inspired by the colors of the frescoes adorned this rooms walls and ceilings.

Each bathroom has an initial supply of toiletries too including shower gel, shampoo, soap and body lotion as well as 2 rolls of toilet paper.
