Where are the apartments located?
Our apartments are located in the heart of Florence, within walking distance of major landmarks such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery. Each property listing includes its exact location and nearby attractions

What is included in the apartment?
All our apartments come fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a fully equipped kitchen, luxury bed linens, and towels. Premium units may also feature terraces, views of iconic landmarks and more.

Is housekeeping included?
Housekeeping services during your stay can be arranged upon request for an extra fee starting from 25 Euro per hour.

What amenities do you provide in the apartments?
The apartment is equipped with an initial supply of coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, paper napkins and kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent. Each bathroom has an initial supply of toiletries too including shower gel, shampoo, soap and body lotion as well as 2 rolls of toilet paper.

Do you provide airport transfers?
We are able to put you in contact with a local limo company that can arrange private airport transfers upon request. Please contact us in advance to assist in helping you schedule your pick-up or drop-off.

Is there parking available?
The apartments do not have private parking facilities but there are many payable options available. The apartments are located within the restricted traffic zone which means that if you are renting a car you need to check the accessible times and to avoid being fined you need to book a space in a local garage to allow you to enter the city centre.

Florence is subject to a limited traffic area that prevents you from entering the historic center with your car for most part of the day. It is very important to pay attention to the signs that warn you about the beginning of the ZTL zone. We suggest you to look up on the Internet to gather updated information. A quick solution is provided by private garages which can not only be booked for a parking space, but also provide the possibility of having a temporary permit to get into the restricted traffic area.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in most of our apartments to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all guests. Exceptions may apply — please inquire directly.

Is smoking permitted?
All our apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on outdoor balconies or terraces, where available.

Do you offer long-term stays?
Yes, we offer both short-term and long-term rental options. Contact us directly for special monthly rates and tailored services for extended stays.

How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website. A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking. On top of the rental fee each apartment has a final cleaning fee that ranges from 200/500 Euro per unit based on the number of bedrooms.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate and apartment selected. Typically, cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival are fully refundable. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details or ask us directly for more information.
